Computer Renaissance of Winter Haven offers all aspects of computer repair, services and sales for home and business support. We also offer managed services that will enable us to maintain your business network remotely and on site. This will make us aware of any issues that are going on and allow us to be able to fix issues and have your business running full stream to improve productivity and down time within your business. Ultimately, you may question, "why do we have this computer IT support, we never have any issues, so what are we paying for?" The answer is simple we are doing our job efficently and effectively so your business doesn't notice any issues that might arise. Of course you will be provided with detailed monthly maintenance reports that will show you everything we have done. If we are effectively doing our job you will not notice issues. That is our goal!

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Prior to being a store owner I was Vice President of Operations for the Computer Renaissance franchise. The franchise was sold to a company based out of Las Vagas which would have required me to move to Las Vegas and leave my family behind. I decided to become a store owner and give it my all!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are differentiated by our customer service, fair pricing and overall support of our loyal and loved customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations currently, Winter Haven, FL and Bradenton, FL. We are always looking at expansion but do not want to grow without having the capabilities of fully supporting our current clients and customers.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Coming from Hwy 17 in Winter Haven, turn on to Cypress Gardens Blvd. We will be approximately a mile and a half down Cypress Gardens in the Lamplighter plaza on the right. Coming from Hwy 27 you will turn on to Cypress Gardens Blvd and continue past Lego Land. Once you pass Overlook Dr. On your right continue through the S curves and we will be in the Lamplighter Plaza on the S curves on your right. You will, unfortunately, have to make a U turn and come back to our plaza.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Eric Vetter is the owner Ryan Rowan is the lead technician and handles many daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
9-6 M-F 10-2 Sat Closed Sunday unless necessary for business support.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
They have never spoken with a computer service provider that has such great customer service and service. They were treated like human beings, politely, and in verbage that was easy to understand. They would recommend all friends and family to Computer Renaissance.
